There were beautiful tourist spots near this hotel, for example lawson. Short way from Higashimikuni subway station. Minami neighborhood deserves to be explored. The parking was on site and convenient.

Very friendly helpful staff. Very close to the station. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast for £4 each. Clean sheets and towels each day a bonus.

Very close to shin-Osaka station.nice breakfast Buffett. Convenient for exploring Kansai region. Staff spoke a fair amount of English.
No wifi except in lobby, and no place to sit comfortably to meet people and use lobby.

We used the hotel as a base to explore Kyoto. It was located very close to Shin-Osaka station and only about 25 mins from Kyoto by super express train. The staff allowed us to drop off our baggage early before checking in and even placed it in our room for us by the time we got back. They also watched it for us after we checked out.
